A graduate of Montana State University, Jerry Goroski, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in fine arts, art history and art education. Past Curator and Administrator, with 10 years experience working at the Charles M. Russell Museum of Original Western Art in Great Falls, Montana, along with curating private collections of deceased artist works including, C.M. Russell, J.H. Sharp, O.C. Seltzer, E.I. Couse, Carl O. Borg, E.S. Paxson, John Fery, Bob Scriver, and their contemporaries. Currently, employed in the printing industry, working with art shows, auctions houses and galleries throughout the country.
In 2001, he was Chairman for the C.M. Russell Art Auction and Show and for five years, served as Art Coordinator for this annual show with the Great Falls Advertising Club of Great Falls, Montana. Worked closely with artists and dealers, he established a personal and professional relationship with them in which to serve client collecting and appraisal needs.
In 2007 he produced his own art auction in Bozeman, Montana, Gateway to the West Art Auction and Show, featuring 175 works of deceased and living artists from across the United States. Currently operating a web/internet art gallery and in the last two years a fine art gallery in downtown Great Falls, Montana, which is no longer open.
Over the last thirty years, his knowledge of Western Art, its artists, living and deceased, along with his continued work with art dealers, artists, museums, galleries, and National Art Auction Houses is accepted for art research and fine art appraisals.
